Purchase any two entrées at Outback Steakhouse on Valentine’s Day and get a $10 gift certificate good on your next visit. Certificate is valid for future use between February 15-March 31.
This isn’t free, but if you’re planning to eat a nice steak dinner out on Valentine’s Day anyway, you might want to keep this in mind. Find an Outback location here.

do you know if this is dine in only?
Nancy, I don’t know. I’d suggest calling your local Outback and asking before trying it out.
There are a couple of other places to get some really good deals on eating out. Always check out http://www.restaurant.com to see which restaurants are in your area. You can really get a good deal on eating out that day. A couple of other places having great deals: TGI Fridays is having 3 courses for $12.99 (for $26 you get 2 apps, 2 entrees, 2 desserts), Applebees has 2/$20 (1 app and 2 entrees), Red Lobster has 2/$29.99 (salad, biscuits, 2 entrees, and choice of 1 app or 1 dessert) there are usually coupons for Red Lobster in the paper, Ruby Tuesdays is having a special Lobster Dinner for $19.99 a person (1 app, 2 lobster or steak entrees, 1 dessert) These are the deals that I have seen around.
