Every Monday you can get a Medium Caribou Blend coffee for $1. No coupon required.
Don’t forget to answer the daily trivia question to get another 10 cents off.
Your turn: Do you have coffee at home or do you stop into a coffee shop?

I have my coffee at home, but meet various friends or go out with my hubby to Caribou, maybe once a month. I always look for a coupon, or a special such as this.
If you bring in your own cup (believe a medium is 16oz) they also take 10cents off!
I also make coffee at home. I do at times like to support local coffee neighborhood coffee shops. I have one near my home and it’s in walking distance. The Caribou would be a drive.
what a fun treat on my way to work after a dentist visit on such a cold Monday morning: a huge Cranberry Orange scone and a decent size Northern Lites latte for $3! thanks for the tip, Carrie!
I have recently taken a hard look at the fininaces, but I do have to say the $2 mochas, if I get that and only that, fit the budget!
How has that been working, you ask? um, not as well as I’d like.
but I do have a suggestion that I’m going to try here sometime soon-
in St. Louis Park near Highways 100 and 394, there is a Fantastic Sam’s right next to a Caribou. this particular Caribou offers $1 off when you present a receipt (printed with $1 off) from Fantastic Sam’s. I wonder if one goes to get their hair cut, say, on a Monday and just happens to get a $1 coffee- would they honor an additional $1 off? Free Caribou coffee could go down real easy…
Sounds great! If you are a member of Costco you can get Caribou gift cards something like $45 worth for $40 and then visit Caribou on Mondays only …. saves you a tad bit more; remember every penny counts ;)
I’ve just loaded up at Costco around the holidays. It’s $39.99 for $50 worth of gift cards. My husband frequents Caribou so much, I just have to order his drink by his name and they all know what it is!
Do you know, Sara, if Costco carries the Caribou gift cards all year long, or only at holidays? We’ve only belonged to Costco for a couple months and I will definitely purchase a Caribou card there, if they still have the $50 ones for $39.99. Still learning about Costco at this point.
Our Caribou no longer is doing the $2 mochas. just the $1 reg. coffees.
This started in Dec. and I called my local Caribou last week because this is such a great deal and it wasn’t going on anymore with the mochas. I generally make my “regular” coffee at home but $2 for a medium mocha was a fun treat! If anyone goes, can you confirm that it’s still going on?
hmmm sounds like I might have to swing by — this monday is starting rough!
Also, Caribou’s at Lund’s and Byerly’s have a BOGO Northern Lite Latte special through 2/10/10. You need a coupon, but can get it from this week’s flyer (flyer changes midweek, so pick up or download by tomorrow 2/2/10).
hmmm, last Monday they only offered $1 coffee deal, is it a new promotion?
I also thought that this promotion expired. Only $1 Coffee on Mondays. Have they re-launched the promotion for February??
Sarah beth – Thanks for the head’s up. I called Caribou, confirmed the details and updated the post.
I went this AM in White Bear and it was just the $1 med. reg coffee
So sad that they are not doing $2 mochas anymore! Now that I have been spoiled, I cannot bring myself to pay full price for them anymore. Ah well, better for my waist line and my pocketbook, I suppose.
