Thanks Kim for sending the coupons I got them today and was able to go get the meters. Nice to know that I will always be able to find a meter when we need one now :D Thanks again.
Amy – I also went to my local Walgreens (Lakeville) and many of the items were priced higher than Carrie has listed. I believe it has to do with the city you are in. Only the actual “sale” items are regulated nationally in terms of sale price. Otherwise pricing is at the stores discretion. At my Walgreens, the Sensodyne, Stayfree and Electrosol/Finish were all priced higher than listed here. I want to shop where Carrie does!
I also went to my local walgreens and the Sensodyne was $6.99 ea… the coupons still did not make this a good deal for me..
didn’t have any trouble with the eye shadows, used the insert coupon and 3-$2 off any revlon…………no problem. But i did have trouble with one of my Bayer meter coupons, they pushed it through, but i am not sure what the problem would have been, it worked fine with the two other ones i did last week.
Does anyone know what cereals are in the Kellogs deal? Is it the only ones shown in the add? Thanks!
Went for my first time this week. Forgot to check and they never gave me my register rewards. :(. I should have gotten a ton. Found a great listerine deal though. They had some on clearance in Bloomington and combined with coupons it was great. I rang up at 145 then after coupons it was only 70!!!
I have tried to get the Johnson and Johnson 2.00 coupon and am unable to find it. Does anyone know what page it is one. Or what zip codes work and or don’t work.
Wish I had the coupons for the meters. I could then have a back up and one for my purse. Oh well I didn’t cut them out at the time. Also didn’t cut the tooth brush one as usually don’t buy them so if anyone knows where I could find these online that would be great.
Thanks,
Dawn
After successfully using Wag’s RR at Cub in the past, I was disappointed when the manager told me they were no longer accepting them. Apparently all of the RR’s they had submited for payment were returned to them, so Cub lost money on it. :(
I found the Sensodyne Pronamel (for kids) at the 109th and Hwy 65 store, priced at $3.49.
Cub and RR’s…okay so we cant use these at Cub now :(. Has anyone else had this same experience?
Thanks
Dawn ~ perhaps she included the wrong link? I found a coupon here: http://www.redplum.com/ You can also find MANY links to coupons if you go to her Rainbow list for this week and look under “Baby”
I used RR’s at Cub today with no problem.
Sue- thanks! Which Cub did you go to? I am hoping that we can still do this ast the lakeville cub!
I too would like to know which zip code on coupons.com has the Johnson’s Baby Lotion $2.00 coupon.
Thanks in advance.
Kierstien
That was at the Maplewood Cub.
Sarah, the coupon you sent me to is for 1.00 off and is expired. Does anyone know where to find the 2.00 off 1 baby item? Thanks
Bought the Viactiv Calcium Soft chews $8.99 and used the $4/1 in ad coupoun, but the register wouldn’t let me use the $2/1 coupon from the 1/3 Red Plum. Has anyone else had this problem?
I also realized Walgreens doesn’t always mark their items on sale even if they are in the flyer, but they still ring up on sale. I had the flyer with me just in case.
I tried to use the in ad coupon for $4 and the mfg coupon for $2 for the Viactiv Calcium Soft chews and the register would only let me use the Walgreens in ad coupon for $4. I also realized Wal doesn’t mark their sale items well and even if they aren’t marked they still ring up according to the sale price in the flyer. I always carry the flyer with me.
Anyone else had the problem with using both coupons for the Viactiv?
Was successful with the Reach toothbrushes at the Chaska Walgreens even though the sale price was $4.19. (It actually was $4.19 for a 2-pack.) Thus, (2) packages of (2) toothbrushes w/ the in-ad coupon-$2.00 off each, B1G1 free coupon and $1.00 off coupon gave me a net price of .$39 cents for (4) toothbrushes….not free like Carrie requires but close enough for this shopper! Thanks Carrie!
My wags was out of reach toothbrushes :( boo so I didnt get those :(.
I forgot my Q for my mouth wash yesterday does anyone know if i bring my Q in today will they give me my $1 back or would i have to return and rebuy etc? thanks!

Kathy – I found that you have to give Walgreens your coupons in a specific order for them to work. First I give them my MFR coupons and then I show them any Walgreens coupons. This has usually worked just fine for me. The only issues I have had are with the B1G1 coupons/deals.
Dawn and Sandi – I never found a $2 off 1 coupon. Only $1 off one and $2 off two for the Johnson’s baby. Check out Carrie’s list here and look under “baby” for more coupons: http://www.pocketyourdollars.com/2010/01/rainbow-foods-copps-pick-n-save-coupon-match-up-13-1910/ – these might be a better deal at Rainbow this week (many items on sale for $2.50)
Don’t know if you have Rite Aids, but they have the GE Light Bulbs on sale for $.99. Use the $1 coupon from the online coupons and you have free bulbs. I found though, you can only print 2 coupons. Anyone know how I can print more?
Andrea- the Revlon coupon was just for a special “Matte” type of make up. I found a very limited selection of a few eye shadows, lipstick and blush. The eye shadows were the only ones that would make the make up free with both coupons, and like I said it was a small selection.
Someone previously mentioned (sorry I don’t remember who!) that the sales at Wags weren’t well marked. I found the same thing, most of the sales were not listed on the shelf. I had to rely on my flyer which was kind of discouraging! The Finish was listed for like 6.00+ dollars, but rang up as 3.49. So I am definitely going to have my flyer in hand at all times, and plan based on that not what I find on the shelves.

Walgreens would not take the amount off for the free pads or the free toothbrush (in Ad coupon) because they said it was already free, I guess that makes sense. What do you think?
Angela~If you hand them the manufacturer coupons first and then the Wag’s coupons, you will get them for free. It has something to do with the way their registers function. The Wag’s coupon doesn’t make it b1g1 free…technically it’s not free on the Wag’s coupon…that only takes $3 off per package. However, you should be entitled to use the manufacturer coupon for b1g1 free with the Wag’s coupon…then your pads would be free. Does that make sense? Good luck! :)
It does make sense to be however they told me they couldn’t do it. It made me a little frustrated. They knew I had all the coupons and then went back and took off one of the Mfger coupons to accomadate for the other.
Angela~The same thing happened to me this week too. The second time I tried it, I gave them my manufacturer coupons first and then gave the Wag’s coupons last and things worked perfectly. I find that if I hand the cashier all my coupons, they ring them in whatever order they want which can mess up the anticipated deals we are striving for. :) So now I hold onto the Wag’s coupons and give them after my manufacturer coupons have been rung up.
I had a great week at Walgreens. I bought $99 worth of stuff for $24.11 after coupons. I always hand the manufacturer coupons to the cashier first then the store coupons. This week I had the assistant manger ringing me out so that made me a little more nervous. But she was awesome. As I was unloading my cart I told her I tried really hard to make sure all my items match the coupons so I hope the register doesn’t beep at me too many times! Then when I handed her the walgreen coupons I played dumb and said oh, do you need these too? Are they really coupons? She said I know it’s hard to tell sometimes. The register only beeped 3 times. (twice to flag her to write the price for the BOGO coupons and once because I did have the wrong item for the walgreens coupon and she asked if I wanted someone to bring the right item up to the register.)
