I’m not sure if you can combine offers. but if you add SHIP40 as a promotional code you get free shipping. Though I think it expires today (1-5-2010) .
I couldn’t get ths code to work. It says I need a Target access card. The shipping promo is only good on orders of $40 or more.

it states code is expired. bummer i thought it was good til the 17th.
