Safeway: $30 Gift Card with Transferred Prescription

This deal has expired and may no longer be valid.

For all you Pocket Your Dollars readers that live anywhere near a Safeway, listen up. This week’s ad has a coupon redeemable for a $30 gift card when you fill a transferred prescription in their pharmacy. $30 can go a looooooong way at the grocery store, so clip the coupon and put it to good use. (You putting it to good use allows me to live vicariously through you, since I don’t live close enough to a Safeway to do this deal myself) :) Find a Safeway store near you.

Thanks Jennifer, a Pocket Your Dollars reader, for letting me know.  If you have a money-saving idea, tip or deal you think others should know about, email me the details.

Your turn: Do Safeway affiliates like Dominck’s, Vons, and Randalls have a similar coupon in their ad?

Safeway said they would honor that 30 transfer fee, and then when I got there, they said they are out of the coupons and filled my prescriptions and didnt honor what they promised.. So I suggest using riteaid and other pharmacy’s like cvs that are honorable…
