I love the Coupon Mom, Stephanie Nelson. I am certain I’ll love her new book (which is on its way to my house as we speak) and excited to give away two copies. Stay tuned for details on how you can enter to win.
First, let me tell you what I love about the Coupon Mom. Stephanie revolutionized couponing with the “whole insert coupon system.” This is what I use and talk about, where you save the whole coupon insert from the Sunday paper, date it, file it and only clip the coupons that match sale items. Stephanie has a best-of-its-kind coupon database that keeps track of exactly which coupons your local paper received, since coupon values vary by region of the country. You can look-up product name, see if a non-expired coupon from the Sunday paper exists for that product and which coupon insert its in. Her database is what keeps me from the tedious work of clipping and filing all those pesky coupons.
By reading her book you’ll learn:
- How to get the best deals at wholesale clubs, mass merchandisers, discounts stores, and drug stores
- How to combine store sales, coupons, and promotions to get the deepest discounts and even FREE products
- Easy ways to track prices and the foolproof rules on when to buy, and when to hold a coupon
- Why buying in bulk isn’t always more cost-effective
- How to buy organic without breaking the budget, and much, much more!

My job as a stay at home mom is not to spend the money, but to save it. I’ve heard great things about the book and am excited to read it
I tweeted!!
I need a better way to organize my coupons!
I would love to see what are the best things to buy at Sam’s Club!
Looking for more techniques and strategies to use when purchasing groceries. I’ve learned I’m a rookie–saving 30-50 % per store trip. My goal is to increase to 50% or more savings consistently.
I’m always trying to save money on groceries and to make it as simple as possible.
I would love to read this book. Any help is good.
I would love a copy of this book so I can learn even more ways to save money. I already love PYD and believe this book would be a great addition to my household.
I would love this book, I’ve been clipping coupons since college and love to save money, so I would definately read this book – then maybe pass it on to others who want to save money too. Thanks for all you do on your website, I’m on it a couple times a week at least!
I would love to learn how to save more money. Things are getting so tough out there and we need any help we can get.
I am constantly looking for additional resources to lower our grocery bills, increasing my menu database and supporting those bloggers that I love!!

Couponing has become a hobby for me. I am thankful to all who have helpful hints. I have cut way back on my grocery bills. I welcome any material out there that would allow me to cut back. I think this book would be a great tool.
I’ve been unemployed and underemployed since April 2009. I’m single with no children so my weekly grocery bill runs $20-50, but I’d love to learn how to cut that down. And I would also share the book with my family and friends – especially those who’ve been unemployed as long as me (or even longer).
I started following PYD the last week of July..and since then have decreased our $450/month grocery/personal care/cleaning costs to $20/week! We eat more fresh produce, a wider variety of foods and I’ve found a renewed love of cooking.
In tough financial times I have also been able to donate to the food shelf.
I love PYD!
Thank you for all you do!!! I am so excited for a chance to win this book!!!!
I’d like to learn more ways to shop smarter with our family’s money.
I’d love to win this book.
I would love to win this book. I have been doing daycare for many years I would love to save more money so it could stay in my pocket. I tell my families about PYD and the deals that I get each week, they all have become people who use this site. In the summer I was able to go to Rainbow and save so much money, but now that summer is over I can’t go to Rainbow and have notice that my bills are higher than what they use to be, it would be great to have a resource to read and get more ideas on how to save and ways to save.
Thanks for all your help :)

Being a stay at home mom with two toddlers, I am always looking for new ways to save! My friends are already shocked on ways I save and what ideas I share with them! I would love to find new and more ways to save money and help pass it on to other mom friends!
I would love to be able to budget my life and the first place is with my food budget. I am in a terrible crunch at this time. I have nothing to hide. I am 2 months behind on my mortgage and my hours have been cut at work. We are in a debt management program and looking for help with our mortgage. We are definitely feeling the hit in our budget. I am looking for any way to save and get out of debt and get my life back on track.
Thanks a bunch
carmen
