CVS honors coupons and ECB on items and get ECB in return as advertised. Never had any issues with them, but continueal issues at my Wags. And if you buy one item and have both a manufactures coupon and a RR you wish to use, you can only use one or the other not both. EP on HTC Road will not take more than 1 RR and no expired coupons (Mgr told me no exceptions). SLP Wags on Hw7/Blake has no problem with any coupons. So best to ask first.
