The fine print says you must reach $25 after all other Walgreens and manufacturer-issued coupons, which includes paying with Register Rewards as those are considered a manufacturer-issued coupon.

I don’t use these very often, but they do come in handy when there are already a lot of good deals. I’ve found that it seems as if they put these out when the deals aren’t as good in a particular week just to get you in the door.
