Feld Entertainment, producers of Disney on Ice, asked if I’d be interested in giving one lucky reader four free tickets to Disney on Ice in St. Paul. Tickets are for opening night, December 10, 2009 at 7 pm at the Xcel Energy Center.
You can enter this random drawing multiple times and here’s how:
Leave a simple comment. Simply leave a comment at the end of this post to let me know you are interested in being entered. If you are reading this via email or RSS feed, just click on the post’s title to come back to the site and enter
Spread the word. This is a two-step entry:
1) Let your friends know how much you love Pocket Your Dollars. You can tell them how much money you are saving or the great deals you find out about any way that’s legal whether a mass email, Facebook status, Twitter, a blog post if you have a blog (and someone reads your blog).
2) Come back here and leave a comment(s) telling me what you did to spread the word. You can get up to four entries this way, one entry for each way you spread the word about Pocket Your Dollars including email, Facebook, Twitter and a blog post. Leave a unique comment for each entry of this type.
Entries must be received by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, November 25. Winner will be chosen at random using random.org. Winner will be notified via email on Thanksgiving Day and have 48 hours to reply and claim their prize before an alternate is chosen. Winner must be 18 years of age or older.
Disclosure: Feld also gave my family a set of four tickets, for which I am grateful. My husband had just said to me, “I’d like to take Victoria [our 2 1/2 year old] to Disney on Ice.” Two days later we were offered free tickets. Yay!

Hello- I would love to be entered in your drawing. Yesterday I sat down and sent an e-mail to all of my friends in the twin cities area about your web site. 2 of my friends were already using you and I got 7 responses from others before I went to bed last night, they had checked it out and thought it looked wonderful. If past encounters at the grocery store count, I bumped into a lady at Cub and gave her the email address. A couple weeks later I bumped into her again. One more way that I’ve “payed it forward” and spread the news. A couple of month’s ago, I told my “stay-at-home” mom neighbor up the street, about your web-site. For weeks following, we compared notes and coupons (when we each wanted different things off the weekly lists.) Since she is completely Type A, she has created a new blog which features all the savings from her weekly shopping. So, I don’t blog about you directly (I just tell EVERYONE I know about you and even new people in the stores & cashiers) but she blogs daily about your blog. (It’s blogging through someone who takes the time to blog!) Enough said-I really love the tickets.
