Your turn: What other great local deals and discounts should I know about?

Thanks, Cari! After disappointing sales and inserts in today’s paper, these might be the best deals this week!
I highly recommend joining the email list for anything you have an interest in. I’ve gotten free tickets to the Orchestra and the Timberwolves at various times in addition to the great discounts you can get.
Remember Sarah..new CRAZY sales start on Friday! (New paper on Thanksgiving.) YEAH!!
Nickelodeon Universe lets kids sign up via E-mail for a free wristband that is good on the day of their birthday. My daughter was able to get her wristband free and I had a coupon from Taco Bell for $7 off a wristband for her friend. The two kids were able to run around all day (her birthday happened to be on a Saturday this year) and enjoy the rides for about $25 dollars total. The link for Nickelodeon’s promotion page is http://www.nickelodeonuniverse.com/specialoffers.html
McDonald’s has a Winter pass booklet with 12 coupons for $1. They include items like a free hamburger, milk or juice, fries, cone, drink, etc. for kids 12 and under. it’s a great deal!!
Also on Tuesdays at the Mall of America, it is Toddler Tuesday. Toddlers get a wristband for unlimited rides for $9.95 plus tax (to be used in a three hour time frame from when you purchase the wristband). The wristband is valid on most rides (rides that kids aged 2-4 would most be interested in). There are a list of restraunts where kids eat free with a purchase of an adult meal (up to two).
