The ads and coupon inserts are generally stuffed on Saturdays by groups working on fundraising – if the Sunday paper delivered to your home is missing something, I would suggest contacting the StarTrib so they could follow up with the organization that was working on those papers.

I only got the Red Plum inserts, too. This is getting ridiculous! Since they started with the early Sunday edition, I think there’s only been one week that I’ve been able to find a paper with all the coupon inserts. I also was missing my Cub ad, although that’s not a huge deal since I can get a copy at Cub. Getting extremely annoyed about all the missing coupons, though…

I picked up an early Sunday edition at Walgreens yesterday, and it only had one section, a Redplum, for coupons. In comparison, my delivered Sun paper had a Redplum, and SS and the GM one. The Redplum in the Walgreens bought paper was much smaller in size than the Redplum in my delivered Sun. paper.

The early Sunday edition of the Mpls paper is a great deal. I’ve bought it 2 or 3 times since it started and It has all or nearly all the coupons of the full Sunday edition. Yesterday’s early Sunday had all coupons except the General Mills flyer. Talk about hidden coupons: both editions contained two different mini- magazines, Parade and USA today, and both had great coupons: Glade candles $2.00/1), Hasbro card games (bogo), Viva towels (.50/1), Nivea Body Wash ($1.00/1). (I think there were two more, but I’m staring at my stack of unfiled coupons and its kinda tough to tell which came from where!) Never knew those inserts had coupons!

I am wondering if target is still running that promo for the glade candles. Also I seen them at Walmart for 2.25 and the 1.50 cpns were inside the tins.

For the last two weeks at Rainbow Foods, the small bottle of Tabasco has been on sale for $1.20, so with the $0.60/1 coupon, it would be free. But, of course, I’m not sure how long the sale will go for the Tabasco.

My paper had the RP and SS inserts, plus 2 GM inserts? I’d be frustrated too! I hope you guys can find them. I wonder why the STrib has such a problem with getting the inserts in their papers?

I went 3 places before I found Saturday’s Strib with inserts. Even then it was only the Red Plum one. It was only 50 cents but it’s not worth it for me to drive to 3 different stores every Saturday. I’ll have to just stick with my PP home delivery.

For readers in the East metro: St Paul, Maplewood, etc. Where did you get your papers? I’m tired of running to 3 different stores to find no inserts in any of the papers.
