There is one insert in today’s paper, a Smart Source. There also was a $5 off Funglish game coupon in the USA Weekend magazine within the paper.
I have highlighted my picks of which coupons will likely result in a freebie or a rock bottom price. These are based on the Minneapolis paper and other papers may have different coupons and different coupon amounts. You can see all my previous picks here.
If you want more copies of these coupons there are a couple options. Get more copies of the inserts from friends, neighbors, co-workers, leftovers at coffee shops or libraries or a whole paper for $1 at most Dollar Tree stores (locations here). You can also order the specific coupons you want from The Coupon Clippers.
Your turn: Which coupons do you think will turn into a freebie or rock bottom-priced item?
Everyday, Regular Priced Items
Buy the following products with a coupon from this weekend’s paper at their everyday price and you’ll get a great deal or maybe even a freebie.
Air Wick Scented Oil Warmer Unit. Buy a refill, get the warmer unit free. (Smart Source)
Alpo. Buy two cans, get one free. (Smart Source)
Butterball and Santa Buddies. Mail-in rebate form for $5 back when you buy both a Butterball Turkey and the Santa Buddies DVD. (Smart Source)
Kemps Ice Cream. Ice cream coupons are few and far between this time of year, so enjoy this $1/2. (Smart Source)
Philips Norelco. This week’s ad has both a $10 off coupon and a mail-in rebate form for another $10 back. Although you cannot combine the coupon and rebate form on the same item, either one is a good deal. You’ll see razor coupons and sales now through Christmas, but then I expect they’ll dwindle until next year’s holiday season. (Smart Source)
Sale Priced Items
If these products go on sale before the coupon expires you will get a rock bottom price or maybe even a freebie. Look through the coupons on the “coupons doubled in value” list below as well, since they could be included here too.
Duck Brand Packaging Tape. The holidays are prime time to stock up on tape and mailing supplies as they will likely hit rock bottom prices a number of times between now and Christmas. This $1/1 coupon will hopefully let us get tape free or for pennies. (Smart Source)
GE Light Bulbs. Matched with the right sale at Target and other retailers, this $1/1 coupon will turn into inexpensive light bulbs. (Smart Source)
Infusium. I perused some Black Friday ads and *think* Walgreens will have Infusium free after Register Rewards. You can use this $2/1 coupon to make it better than free. (Smart Source)
Kraft Cheese. This week’s $1/2 cheese coupon will make it easy for us to get cheese at my targete price of $1 for 8 ounces. (Smart Source)
Toblerone or Terry’s Chocolate. Yum! We will likely see this candy on sale at drugstores like Walgreens and CVS at a low enough price to make it close to free after this $1/1 coupon. (Smart Source)
Coupons Doubled in Value
If you can shop at a store where the value of your coupon is doubled and these products go on sale before the coupon expires, then you will likely get a freebie or something close to it.
Chinet. With holiday entertaining at hand, paper plates and napkins should hit rock bottom prices a number of times in the weeks ahead. I plan to use some of these coupons this week even to pick up some products free after the coupon value is doubled.
Fisher Nuts. Yippee! Another $1/1 Fisher Nut coupon. I use these when peanuts go on sale for $2 to get them free after the coupon value is doubled. (Smart Source)
Florida Natural. I’ve already picked up one half gallon of OJ free for Christmas brunch and I hope to get a second with this $1/1 coupon when I match it alongside a sale and have the coupon’s value doubled to $2.
Eat Out / Recreation
Coldstone. Various coupons (Smart Source)

The Philips Norelco rebate says that it can’t be combined with the $10 coupon. Bummer!
I went to Walgreen’s tonight and decided to use the Toblerone cpns. The shelf price said they were 2 for $5.00. I had the $1 cpn from their booklet in the front of the store and 2 $1 cpns from the Sunday paper. But they rang up as 2 for $3.00…so I got both of them free! I spent $24 there but with coupons and my register rewards…I paid $6! I love coupon shopping!!
Carrie, a quick question for you. Do you know when the papers will have the most coupon inserts this week? I thought I heard something about P&G having a big coupon flier this week sometime. Was wondering if it will be on Thursday (Thanksgiving) or the usual Sunday papers.
Thanks!
Connie
My bet is that Thursday is the big paper day this weekend.
I am new to this website so maybe somebody can tell me where to find the Butterball and Santa Buddies rebate form when you buy a turkey and the movie. I cannot find that in the Smartsource ads in Sunday’s paper. Thanks.
