Carrie Rocha’s November Appearance Schedule

Carrie 090909

Helping people make their money go further is important right now as many families are forced to live on less money due to furloughs, lay offs, salary freezes and credit crunch (meaning they don’t have credit to turn to).  I am doing my part to make a difference by hosting this website, but also by teaching workshops, brown bag lunches and classes on how-to save money at the grocery store and how-to get out and stay out of debt.

Last month I shared my calendar with you and heard you say you like to know where I’ll be.  So here I am, later in the month than I had hoped, but finally sharing my November schedule.

Apart from seeing me in the media, there are two options for you to learn in depth how-to’s of saving on your grocery budget.  I know these events are approaching fast, but please figure out how to be there:

Saturday, November 14. Teaching “Living Well on Less” as part of Stumbling Blocks to Stepping Stones – A Women’s Conference. Check out the line-up of great speakers and consider attending either a full day or half day. Registration is $50 for a full day or $30 for a half day. Register online here.

Monday, November 16. Teaching “How to Save 50% on Your Groceries” at Friendship Church in Shakopee. There is still space to attend and I know you’ll love it. There is a $10 fee and you can register online here. Neither Friendship Church nor I want $10 to stand in the way of you coming, so please know that scholarships are available by emailing Sandy at snewman.622 @ comcast.net (remove spaces).

Your turn: Who do you know of that might be interested in having me as a guest? Leave a comment or email me with your ideas.

Comments

  1. WOW! You sure are in demand! I would be totally stressed out!

I just taught my very first coupon class last week at my MOPS group. You could contact some local MOPS groups to see if they’d like a guest speaker, if you want to fill up your schedule even more!

I’ll be teaching a larger coupon class in Feb at my church’s women’s retreat. I’m already nervous!

  2. Sarah Coffey says:

You have a day job?!? I’m awestruck. I thought for sure with two girls and all this amazing coupon analyzing, that surely had to be your full-time job. Kudos to you!!

  3. Rebecca says:

Love the website! Looking forward to seeing you at Friendship Church in Shakopee on Monday! Thanks for all that you are doing!
