I went to the local Penneys and learned that only the Minnetonka and Roseville stores have Sephora depts.
The Penneys in Eden Prairie has one too.
I was in Roseville today (as I was picking up my free Aerie make-up brushes and free VS underwear), and they don’t have a Sephora department. They are expecting to start it in the spring. The coupon doesn’t have an expiration date, but I was hoping for a new FREE lip gloss. Leave a comment if you get one. Thanks!
