Just an FYI for those wondering.., I called the number on the rebate form and you CAN submit for three rebates off of just one receipt. Just fill out three forms and mail in with your one receipt. I’ve already sent mine in!

OK, still a little concearned about this… 1) I don’t see a phone number to call anywhere on the rebate form. 2) Just noticed the fine print on the bottom of the form says all rebates must be mailed seperately. 3) It says the products must be circled on the reciepts… if I bought more than 9 items at once, but all glade, nothing else on the reciept, I don’t know which ones are the ones I wrote down the UPCs for, so how do I know which 9 to circle?
I just hung up with an SC Johnson representative and they said that you CAN submit one receipt for all three rebates however you have to submit 3 rebate forms (3 items on each one) and they have to all be filled out completely as Brenda said. And Krystal, I was concerned as well which is why I called-the representative said when they started this rebate promotion they were more stringent on but they’ve sinced “relaxed” the guidelines so I’m not too worried-I’m sending it in.
