I had fun doing the Starbucks deal tonight! I bought 5 and used my 2 coupons for free pints from facebook and 3 $1/ coupons. That took the total to $6 and then I got $5 RR! The cashier was pretty impressed.

Shopped for the first time at Walgreens today using your "system." Loved it! It was a great experience. Thanks so much for all the work you do and for making this available to all of us. It is a blessing. Just wanted everyone to know that there are esencia shampoos and conditioners with "try me free" rebate labels on them on the shelves at the Walgreens in Savage. They might me available in your area, too!

I am beginning to LOVE Walgreens! Honestly, I rarely ever shopped there before finding this site. Now I am saving money weekly!! Thanks Carrie!! Last night I had TWO cashiers impressed with me. I spent $10.66, left with $4 in RR, and my transaction savings was $56.78! (granted, some of which was old RR but still!) The one cashier kept watching the total go down and down "now it's 15, now its 13" and I got a "wow" out of both of them in the end. Woohoo!!! The register did stop me for the Soft-Soap but a manger came over and was able to override the register by typing "mfr coupon." I was shocked because I didn't know Walgreens could do that! Guess I got lucky, or a nice manager, but Yeah!!!

I read above that you have a friend that works in the coupon department of a large company. I would love to see a post about what the fine print on manufacturer coupons mean. I have lots of problems with a certain Assistant Manager at my local Walgreens store that insists on reading the fine print on EVERY coupon and interpreting it in any way he pleases so that he can deny the coupon and claim that I'm committing coupon fraud. For example, he says that "void where taxed" means that if the value of a coupon is a few cents over the price of the product, the coupon can't be accepted because those few cents would be applied toward the sales tax. I know that's not what it means, but I haven't had any success in finding a website that explains the fine print on manufacturer coupons. A post about this would be so helpful!

The glade coupon actually reads $2 off two 2(oz) soy based candles so they will actually cost 50 cents each if my math is right.

Erica - you are buying two products and can use 2 coupons. I have a friend that works in the coupon department for a large company whose coupons we use and she confirmed for me that indeed using a B1G1 and $ off is allowable at the same time. Does that help? --Carrie

I'm confused about the ability to stack a BOGO free coupon with another coupon for $X off 1 coupon like it is used in the 2nd Glade candles scenario. I thought if you used a BOGO coupon you couldn't use the $1/1 coupon since that would be using 2 manufacturer's coupons on one thing.

Carrie-your lists are always helpful and easy to read!

Soup at Hand is .99 and there is a $1/2 coupon in, I believe, the 8/30 SS.
