Here in Minneapolis we missed out because other markets across the country got a “Try me free” mail-in rebate form for Palmolive Pure + Clear in their Smart Source insert this weekend. The rebate is good up to $2.99 and if you’d like a form, The Coupon Clippers is selling them for 15 cents each.
Your turn: Did you get a rebate form in your paper? Have you used The Coupon Clippers before? What do you think? What should we know to get started?

I’ve used thecouponclippers for a few months now, mostly before I started to get the Sunday paper. What I like is ordering coupons for excactly what I will be using, like $1.50 off of soy milk which I know I have to buy. So I order 15 or 20 coupons for something like that. I also like to order coupons for products that I have gotten a raincheck for at Rainbow…. then I can go back on a Wednesday and double them. (They don’t arrive early enough to double on Wednesday otherwise).
I’ve used them before, too. I stocked up on a couple of coupons I knew I’d use. I really cleaned up on the Bertolli dinner for two meals a few weeks back when Rainbow did the Unilever Buy $20 get $7 promotion! We love these meals because they are quick and easy, and easy to augment with leftover or canned meat, frozen veggies, or extra noodles to get enough for our two adults and three young children. So having all the extra coupons was fantastic.
I’m from Wisconsin and I found this rebate in Menard’s a couple of months ago and have already received my rebate. Lucky, I guess. :)
I got this Palmolive offer in my Sunday Star Tribune SS supplement.
I have used the Coupon Clippers. I love to support small businesses. I think they do a great job. Their website is very organized and easy to maneuver. Shipping is the cost of a stamp. Turn around time is quick. You can really save on the things that you buy regularly if you stock up on coupons from this source. I think they do a great service for those of us looking to save a buck!
Does anyone have a rebate form they could copy for me? I accidentally left mine attached to the coupon and handed it in at Target……. tanyacarlone@aol.com I’d pay for the stamp and or form…..I dont have enough coupons in my cart to purchase at the above mentioned website. Thanks for reading!!
