My Walgreens just had the new registers installed and now buy two/get $ off man Q's attach to both items rather than just one like they used to (which was great to add a RR). Now I have to have no man coupon fillers. :( Luckily they always have cheap jello, tomato sauce or laffy taffy. :)

Thanks! I just wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. I didn't notice the wording on the coupons until I got home.

You can buy multiples of the item and the coupon will deduct the specified amount for each item you buy :) The Pepsi Next deal is a perfect example.

When the coupons in the monthly coupon books say "limit one coupon per customer per offer" can you buy multiples of that item? For example, in the April book there is a coupon for $1 off with purchase of 2 Mentos gum. If I buy 4 packs of gum will it take off $2 or can I only buy 2? I always assumed that meant I could only buy however many the coupon said, but I bought 3 Pepsi Next last night and the coupon for $1/1 took off $1 on each 12 pack. I would like to go back and get 6 packs of Mentos and get $3 off.

At Walgreen’s you can :) This deal shows that, too when it says buy 2 and use two $1/1. Happy couponing!

Purex Laundry Detergent 2X Liquid (33 loads) or UltraPacks (18 ct.) – Buy 1, Get 1 Free (2/$5.99)
Buy 2 and use two $1/1 Purex UltraPacks Detergent or $0.50/1 Purex Liquid Detergent from 3/11 Red Plum insert
Final price: As low as $2.00 each after coupons ($0.11/load for UltraPacks or $0.08/load for liquid)

I just got back from Walgreens and was trying to do the Dove deal going on. The deal is by 4 dove products totaling $15 and receive $5 RR. I bought 5 dove products using coupons. I had enough coupons to bring my total to below $15 and they told me that if I brought my total below $15 I wouldn't get the RR. Is this true?

I had a $1.00 coupon for an item that was on sale for $.99...the casher wouldn't take it because the coupon was more then the value of the item. What is the policy on this? I seem to always run into this same casher and she really gives me a hard time.

The Cub in Maple Grove still accepts them, too. At least they did a couple of weeks ago. I try to use up my Register Rewards at Walgreens in a second transaction so I don't have to worry about it at all.

Abby--I have seen that wording on all of the RRs from Walgreen's but the Cub on 41 and 7 in Shorewwod still accept them with no issue (so far).

I'm not sure if I've just been out of the loop for so long...but are ALL the RR coupons now printing with the words "ONLY redeemable at Walgreens" on them??? I was RATHER disappointed to go to Cub foods and find that they wouldn't accept them because those annoying words are now printed on the bottom. All of the RR coupons I had said that...but are they ALL going to say that?

Just a warning that as Walgreens is upgrading the computers the new system does not always show the walgreens store coupons coming off the total. Today my coupon came off the price, but you would only know that if you were paying attention to the individual price and noticed it decreased.

Shreeda - Actually, you should get Register Rewards even if you used Register Rewards to pay for your transaction. The thing to be careful about that you will not receive a Register Reward if you used a Register Reward for the same product (or company of products) to pay to purchase the new product.

Example: Nature Made Vitamins are on sale for spend $10, get $10 Register Reward. You cannot use the $10 Register Reward you received from the first purchase to pay for another $10 Nature Made Vitamins and except to receive another $10 Register Reward.
