Hershey's Syrup and Magic Erasers were totally gone. Also, I bought the wrong kind of Crest with my Pampers diapers, so I didn't get the $5.00 coupon. Also, my cashier forgot to swipe the Roundy's rewards card with my 1st transaction. When I told her she said, "Oh, you didn't get to $50 anyway, so it doesn't matter." And I told her, "It keeps track and accumulates," and she didn't believe me. They were also super low on stock on lots of other items. I was disappointed. So I went up to the service desk to get my rainchecks on the Hershey's and Magic Erasers, and I asked her if she could give me the Roundy's fuelperks and she said she'd have to re-ring my whole transaction. I said, "Forget it." But then she gave me a $5 gift card and sounded mad at the cashier, so I think that cashier was going to get in a little trouble, whoops. I do feel that if they have items on ad, they shouldn't be out of them by Wednesday. That's just bad customer service. Oh well.
