I think they will also stop sending if you don't meet their demographic needs. I signed up a few months ago and got a free sample of oil of olay night creme and several nice coupons. BTW - I LOVE the bounce drier bar. My only complaint is that I positioned it in a bad spot the first time (it was too close to a bar in the drier) and had to move it.
