I am a total organization freak and love to have my shopping lists exactly written before I go and figure out how ot best utilize my Extra Care Bucks. I've learned though that it's almost impossible to do lately with all of the out of stock items. I've gotten really good at figuring everything in the store. I add everything up on my iPhone calculator as I go, then right before I'm ready to check out I subtract all of my coupons, and then count up my ECB's to use.
