Home Depot is sponsoring a kid’s workshop Saturday, September 5 (the Saturday of Labor Day weekend) at all their locations. Between 9 am and noon your 5-12 year old will build a bean bag toss. Child must be accompanied by a parent and I think the child also gets an orange Home Depot apron free too. Find a store near you here.

The events are AWESOME!!! David & Ed went to one to build a bird house. I am for sure signing David up. It would be great to be able to use this for my before & after school program. Thanks for the tip Carrie!!!
My 7 year old son LOVES these workshops. We still use a heart shaped napkin holder he built 2 years ago. And yes, they give the child an apron AND a collector pin commemorating the project that they built! Fun stuff! Thank you Home Depot!
