If you can't get prints.. switch your browser.
I've had problems with SmartSource coupons not printing when I use Internet Explorer.
Switched to Firefox, no longer have any problems. Runs faster than the newest IE upgrade too!

Another deal I found, for those who keep their expired coupons...
Oxydol 33 load detergent continues to be on sale this week for $2.99, I had expired printables for $1.50/1 ANY Oxydol. About 5 cents per load if you are careful with the measuring.

I've been a Tide snob, but the price is just too much, my stash from a catalina offer form the fall is nearly gone. Hopefully the Oxydol will be a good substitute.

I have to echo what some other ladies are saying: the printable coupons are very spotty in regards to whether they will print. My computer is getting old and so is my printer, so that may be the problem, but coupons.com coupons have never printed for me no matter where I came to the site from. Does anyone else have this problem with them?

My Cub in Monticello had some good coupons in the Organic Dairy section. There were some peelies on eggs, sour cream etc, for Organic Valley .75 off any product. They also had tearpads for $1.00 off eggs, and $1.00 off Organic Valley cheese. These had expiration dates in 2010! Usually this brand is more expensive than the Wild Harvest, so I don't buy it, but using these coupons doubled with a sale, it would be great!

Also, I believe there is a catalina deal on the Kraft cheese. I saw this posted on another website for a different retail chain, but when I bought 5 of the cheese's last night I got a $4 Catalina. So not sure if this is at all Cubs, or whether the dates below are correct, but here is the information I came across:

Through July 12, 2009, Kraft is running a sweet catalina deal on cheese:
Buy 3 packs of Kraft cheese 6 oz. or larger, Get a $2 catalina good off your next order
Buy 4 packs of Kraft cheese 6 oz. or larger, Get a $3 catalina good off your next order
Buy 5 packs of Kraft cheese 6 oz. or larger, Get a $4 catalina good off your next order

*Since these are on sale this week for $1.77 this would be agreat deal, especially if you have some of those coupons for $1 off Kraft cheese (you can print two right now off their website here: http://brands.kraftfoods.com/purekraft/naturalcheese/).

Lori - I have had the same problems downloading some of the coupon printers. Sometimes I can't get it to work at all for the coupon I'm wanting to print, but then if I try from another link for a different coupon it will work. So maybe try the links through other coupons and then go back to the bagel bites one after you get it to work?

I like that you show all of the info, but I agree with Crystal that it would be nice if the really good deals were in a different color or something.

I like featuring great deals, whether you do it as part of a whole list or not.

Knowing when a deal is really a deal is hard, especially at Cub. Their "price shocker" on Hunts canned spaghetti sauce is more than the everyday price at Target. They advertised A1 this week for $3, but reg. Target price is $2.99, and it was on sale there last week for $2.66.

I also keep a few Aldi receipts on hand to compare their prices with sale prices.

I like seeing the deals best too. But Crystal has a point, that sometimes we need things even when they are not at rock-bottom prices, and knowing there are coupons for these things as well is helpful.

Carrie I like the way you outline most deals now (sometime you just need to buy an item even if it is not at the rock bottome price - in those situations it is nice to at LEAST have a coupon even if it is not a great deal) but I love the idea of flagging or somehow color codeine rock bottom prices. Thanks so much!
