I always see mention of the Blood Glucose monitors and that people routinely buy these. I am curious what people do with all these monitors they for free- they can’t all be diabetic?
Shalome – Great question! I’ll speak for my family. No one here is diabetic, but I pick up the glucose monitors when I can get them for nothing out of pocket plus a Register Reward or CVS’s Extra Care Bucks on top of it. Then I donate the glucose monitor to my church’s food shelf/missions box. Then it gets distributed to someone who is diabetic, but cannot afford one themselves. Hope that helps! –Carrie
