HI Carrie – I noticed something different on last wednesday’s doubles trip to Rainbow. I expected my $1/1 on the Rice Cakes to double to $2 like they always had in the past even on something that was less than the doubled value. Well, not anymore. The coupon only doubled to $1.69 off which is the shelf price of the rice cakes.
Rachel – Yep, same here with all my doubles. No more overage. For instance, my Muir Glen $1/1 “doubled” an additional $.95, since the can was $1.95. But hey, free is still a great price :) –Carrie
