Del Monte pineapples are on sale at Rainbow this week for $3.49 each. After the $.75/1 coupon here is doubled on Wednesday you’ll pay $1.99. Erin at $5 Dinners has a great post here on how to select and cut a pineapple. Rainbow is advertising that they will core it for you – although you’re on your own to pick one out.

Since Rainbow only doubles 5 coupons do you ever shop twice in one day to get all those great deals?
Good question. I usually do 2 or 3 transactions and have done as many as 4 in a single week. I simply put a portion of my groceries on the belt, then one of those divider things, then the next set of groceries. The key is being prepared so you have your 5 coupons for each transaction ready and know which ones go with which groceries. –Carrie
